She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Griffin and Genie Griffin; her husband Billy Gene Murphy; and her brother Harlan Griffin. She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Bramblett (Donald) and Ellen Lovins (Russell); her grandchildren, David Carlsen (Megan), Alexis White (Tyler), Jason and Jared Lovins; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Brayden Carlsen and Theodore McCowen; and her sisters, June Lance (Gary) and Robin Beaty.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rosehaven Funeral Home (8640 Rose Ave, Douglasville, GA 30134). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
