She is survived by: her son Shawn Boltin (Amanda) of Warner Robbins, GA; and her siblings, Daniel Cady (Shiela) of Axson, GA, Randolf Cady (Glenna) of Crossville, TN and Joanne Meeks (Sidney) of West Green, GA. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
