William Ellis Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ellis Jr. of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on June 10, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Nell and Laura Nell; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his children, Will Ellis (Micci) of Douglas, Haley Ellis of Hazlehurst, Sally Ellis of Douglas, Kate Vickers Olsen (Mark) of Atlanta and Emily Vickers Courson (Tye) of Douglas; his grandchildren, Chet Ellis (Hailey), Clif Ellis of Douglas, Ansley Ellis of Douglas, Bo Ellis, Buck Ellis, Hampton Olsen, Elliot Olsen and Davis Courson; and his brother Johnny Ellis (Patty) of Hazlehurst.
