He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Chaney and Bessy Stone Chaney. He is survived by: his son Billy Wayne Chaney of Douglas, GA; and his siblings, Wilma Chaney of Virginia, Wilda Martin of North Carolina and Walter Chaney of Douglas. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
