She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottis Oscar Norris and Ruby Knowles Norris; her sons, Norris Deason and Scott Fox; and her brother Al Norris.
She is survived by: her husband Travis Steptoe of Douglas, GA; her daughters, Donna Hunter (Russell) of Marietta, GA and Rhonda McIntire of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Linda Revis (James), Anna Chutino, Vincent Chutino, Jules McIntire, Lewis Rivers (Shannon) and Santana Williams (Joseph); and her niece Dawn Norris. She is also survived by Seven Great Grandchildren.
