With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Burton Adams Jr. of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on September 17, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Thomas Burton may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas Burton touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Burton Adams, Sr. and Mary Louise Carver Adams. He is survived by: his friend Carl Yates of Douglas, Georgia; his aunt Christine Jordan of Waycross, Georgia; and his uncle Rev. Alton Carver of West Green, Georgia. He is also survived by cousins as well as many friends.
