He is survived by: his wife Lynette Dorminey Latham of Douglas, GA; his children, Jeffrey Latham (Carla) of Bell Buckle, TN and Wendie Strange (Fred) of Winston, GA; his sisters, Julia Ann Kay and Sarah Teague of Sharpsburg, GA; and his grandchildren, Colby Marshall of Villa Rica, GA, Nicole France of Acworth, GA and Gerred Strange of Wilsonville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
