He is survived by: his children, Valerie Batten of Douglas and Donovan Batten (Kandy) of Pearson; and his siblings, David Batten (Eugenia) of Bowdon and Sandye Hersey (Kenneth) of Douglas. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
