It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mikel Dwayne Booth of Douglas, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Emory Alton Booth. He is survived by: his cousins, John, Ann Gray of Blackshear, Lee Gray (Jessica), Will Gray (Catherine) and Joey Bell; his caregiver Barbara Futch of Douglas; and his close friend Alvin Smith.
