With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Lamb of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on October 17, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank Brantley and Opal Harper Brantley; her husband Kenneth Lamb; her daughter Kathy L. Cowman; her granddaughter Kimberly Cohen; and her siblings, Audrey Rains, Billy Brantley, Tony Brantley, Jimmy Brantley, Julian Brantley and Jack Brantley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Lamb Jr. (Lori) of Nicholls, GA, Teresa L. Kirkland (Timothy) of Guyton, GA and Amanda L. Cohen of Douglas, GA; her son-in-law Michael Cowman of Brunswick, GA; her grandchildren, Timothy Kirkland Jr. (Cate), Mary Thurman (Sean), Kristy Bagley (Mark), Kenneth Cohen and Kendall Lamb; her great grandchildren, Kaylei Bagley, Chet Bagley, Bradley Bagley, Madelynn Bagley and Maria Thurman; her siblings, Jessie Brantley (Sue) and Jean Brantley; and her siblings-in-law, Lucy Nell Brantley, JoAnn Brantley, Betty Brantley, Lawanna Brantley and Larry Rains.
In Lieu of Flowers the family would like for donations to be made to Regency Hospice and Alzheimer's Foundation.
