She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Bagley O'Steen and Grady Dennis "Fat" O'Steen. She is survived by: her husband Harold Lamar Wright, Sr.; her nephew Edward "David" O'Steen, Jr.; her children, Lamar Wright (Patti) of Nicholls and Mavia Elaine Wright of Douglas, Georgia; her grandchildren, Hannah Leigh Wright of Pembroke, Nicholas Austin Wright of Douglas and Kimberly Michelle Wright of Nicholls, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn O'Steen of Valdosta, Wileen Bryant (Ray) of Fitzgerald and Geffery Earl Wright of Fitzgerald. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ricketson Funeral Home Chapel (305 W Ward St, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
