She was predeceased by: her parent Hiram Hampton Tanner, Sr.; and her brother Hiram Tanner, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Lila Vaughn Tanner; her husband Robert W. Williams of Douglas, GA; her children, Steven C. Williams of Ashville, NC and Linda W. Peinsipp (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Joy Williams and Katrina Williams.
