She was predeceased by: her brother James David Cook; and her son-in-law Ovid Lott. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Crews of Nicholls; her siblings, Myrtle Smith of Douglas, GA and Ronnie Lott (Quinette) of Nicholls, GA; and her grandchildren, Cody Crews and Carsyn Crews. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
