He is survived by: his wife Janet Elizabeth Evans Harper of Douglas, GA; his sons, Scott Harper of Douglas, GA and Rex Harper (Mandy) of Douglas, GA; his sister Dale Hutchings of Monroe, GA; and his grandchildren, Ariel Harper of Douglas, GA, Gavin Harper of Douglas, GA, Lani Harper of Douglas, GA, Sam Harper of Douglas, GA, Keegen Harper of Douglas, GA and Evan Harper of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
