He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Andrew Partin and Olif Bazemore Partin; his wife Eddie Sue Turner Partin; his son Stephen Andrew Partin; and his siblings, Geneva Slocumb of Bayard, FI, David Partin, Charles, R. C. Partin and Henry Partin.
He is survived by: his grandson Tyler Keith Partin of Cordele; and his sisters, Inez Partin Chambers, Grace Partin Wood and Marion Partin Phillips. He is also survived by nephews, and, in laws.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sims Funeral Home (201 N Peterson Ave, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tanner Baptist Church (311 Paul Cady Rd, Douglas, GA 31535). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tanner Baptist Church Cemetery (831 Lyman Adams Rd, Douglas, GA 31535).
