He is survived by: his children, Amanda Hall of Douglas, GA, Sandy Tovar of Tifton, GA and Hollis McKinnon, Jr. of Douglas, GA; and his sister Charldine Hightower of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 10 Great Grandchildren Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
