He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard "Tink" Rowell and Wylene Rowell Lane; his siblings, Jerell Rowell, Levan Lee and Jean Redding; his brother-in-law Redding; and his son-in-law Anthony Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Reed Rowell; his daughters, Tammy Wages (Kimbo) of Douglas, Debra Lynn Lee of Screven and Lori Lamb of Nicholls; his grandchildren, Jessica Priest (Gary), Tiffany Ricketson (Jared) and Aaron Lee; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Priest, Konner Priest, Kaysn Lee, Remi Kate Ricketson, Waylon Mancil, Aralyn Mancil and Judd Ricketson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dry Creek Baptist Church (244 Dry Creek Church Rd, Nicholls, GA 31554). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
