He is survived by: his wife Ann Key Millard of Douglas, GA; his children, Steven Millard (Kathy) of Battle Creek, MI, Edwin Earl Millard, III (Sharon) of Lincoln Park, MI, Cindy M. Gozalka (Norm) of Williamston, MI and Penny M. Daniels (Robert); his granddaughter Jennifer D. Stark of Taylor, MI; his stepchildren, David Hersey (Lori) of Douglas, GA, Debbie H. Lopez (Tony) and Christi H. Batten (Michael) of Douglas, GA; and his siblings, Richard Millard of Hale, MI, Gloria M. Davis of Lawrenceburg, KY and Barbara M. Lau of Carleton, MI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 Great-Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
