He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Dale Stapleton Wilkinson (Gary) of Douglas, Georgia; his sister Laverne Bennett (Larry) of Douglas, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Jonathon Kyle Wilkinson (Monica) of Douglas and Courtney W. Corbitt (Drake) of Douglas, Georgia. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews.
