He is survived by: his daughter Vicky Harper Jackson (Chip) of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Leonard Harper of Okeechobee, FL, Rev. Donald Harper of Montevallo, AL and Elizabeth Harper Smith (Charles) of Douglas, GA; and his grandchildren, Dustin Montgomery of Douglas, GA, Bethany Haskins of Willacoochee, GA, April Barlow of Pearson, GA, Brooklyn Hughes of Waycross, GA and Madison Smith of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren A number of nieces, nephews, cousins.
