He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ensley Miller, Sr. and Mary Rebecca Adcock Miller. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Davis Miller of Douglas, Georgia; and his children, Gary J. Blair (Misty), Max L Blair and Tamra P. Wright. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew.
