It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jo Richey Kleven of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Presley Richey and Clara O. Richey. She is survived by: her children, Karen K. Parker of Douglas, GA, William A. Kleven (Teri Johnson) of Jacksonville, FL and Arthur R. Kleven (Wendy Jacobs) of Arvada, CO; her granddaughters, Chelsea Jacobs and Mia Jacobs-Kleven; her brother Robert G. Richey; her husband Sherman O. Kleven; her daughter Mary Lee Kleven; her grandson Jackson D. Crews; and her siblings, Mary Lu Richey Hubbard and Thomas O. Richey. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
