With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Cadwell Skipper of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on November 8, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Cadwell and Viola Mullis Cadwell; her husband Charlton Skipper; and her siblings, Mullis Cadwell, D. L. Cadwell, Vesta C. Williams and Fuqua C. Pitts.

She is survived by: her sons, D'Lane Skipper (Cheryl) of Douglas, GA and Scotty Skipper (Sharron) of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.
