She was predeceased by: her mother Jenny Lee Cowart Lindsey. She is survived by: her father Thomas Alexander Lindsey of Rome, GA.; her husband John Scott Sims of Douglas, GA; her children, Amy Lee Thomas (Shafton) of Guyton, GA and Lucas Scott Sims (Gracie) of Hazlehurst, GA; her grandchildren, Olivia Sims, Kallie Rae Thomas and John Luke Sims; and her sisters, Becky Smith (Craig) of Rome, GA and Traci Fowler (Keith) of Cumming, GA.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Douglas, GA or South Georgia State College Baseball Foundation.
