She is survived by: her parents, Randy Payne and Cecilia Payne of Tifton; her children, Gary Kevin Randall Jewell of Douglas and Brooke Payne of Tifton; and her siblings, Rachel Payne Ober of Raleigh, Keely Dietrich of Columbus and Jesse Harper.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 29, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 p. m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with social distancing being observed.
