He is survived by: his wife Nancy Robertson Ruis of Doraville; his children, Lynn Kennedy of Doraville, Bo Ruis of Canon, GA, Amos, Sandy Mills of Eatonton, GA and Travis Ruis of Doraville; and his sisters-in-law, Sybil Pruett (Stanley) of Buford, GA and Barbara Ann Wallace of Jersey, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
