He is survived by: his son Johnny Goolsby Sr. (Ginger, Edward Goolsby); his sister Evelyn Garrison; his grandchildren, Johnny Goolsby Jr. (Cherry, Breanna Pittman) and Leighann Giles (Andrew, Eddie Goolsby); and his great grandchildren, Anston, Avery, Asher, Edward and Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
