We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2019, at the age of 84, James Franklin Atkinson Sr. (Doraville, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ethan A.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Atkinson; his children, Jamie Lynn Hall (Richard), James F. "Bubba" Atkinson Jr., Kenneth Scott Atkinson and Charles D. Atkinson (Irma); and his sister Odessa Hylton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be sent to YAARAB Shrine Atlanta to the Director Staff in loving memory of Jim "Bob".
