He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Hazel Garmon (Brumbelow); his parents, James Heard and Ruby Jane Garmon; his siblings, Raymond Garmon and Naomi Brumbelow; and his niece Angela Kemp.
He is survived by: his daughter April (Charles Wallace, Jr.); his granddaughters, Jenna and Charlotte Wallace of Buford; his siblings, Edward Garmon of Flowery Branch and Christine Head of Stephens; and his sister-in-law Wanda Garmon of West Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Georgia Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, http://www.alz.org, a cause dear to Mr. Garmon's heart as his wife struggled with the illness for many years.
