He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Anderson and Mallie Wooten Anderson; his wife Mary Ann; his son Charles; and his siblings, Jude, Ray Jr., Lynwood, Neal, Kenneth, Joann Proksch and Brenda Teems.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Bolton (William), Connie Hull, Doraville, Scott Anderson (Rona) and Buford; his grandchildren, Lisa Spiller (David), Cumming, Danielle Tuthill (Matt), Lindsay Braun (Kevin), Sandy Springs, Jessica Anderson and Buford; his great grandchildren, Shelby, Emory Tuthill, Andrew, Marin Spiller and Aspen Braun; his siblings, Tom Anderson of Hayesville, NC, Robert Anderson, Terry Anderson (Carla), Cumming and Peggy Henson (Carl) of Greenville, SC; his sisters-in-law, Frankie Anderson Yancey of Hayesville, NC and Linda Anderson; and also, Janice Gibson, Melissa, Liz and Carlos Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
