She was predeceased by: her father Robert Seivers; her husband James P. Phillips (Jim); and her siblings, Clyde Seivers, Donald O. Seivers (Duck), Pauline Hendren, Stella Henderson, Fleta Seivers, Wanda Raby, Corrina Wilder and Mary Rose Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Perry (Tony), Randy Lee Phillips, Charles Andrew (Andy) and Sherrie Garmon Miranda (Robert); and her grandsons, James Tyler Phillips (Jessica) and Sean Eugene Phillips (Klarce). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
