With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Grant Hanf in Doraville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, D. C. Sparkman and Senator John Sparkman; her husband Peter Stewart Hanf; her daughters, Linda Hanf Robinson (Greg) and Hayley Hanf Bradt (Michael); her grandchildren, Alex Robinson (Mande), Rebekah Robinson Carizzo (Alberto), Elizabeth Robinson Ocampo (Gabriel), Chase Bradt (Ulany) and Cameron Bradt; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Levi and Lila Robinson.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Homes (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Daughters of the American Revolution at https://www.dar.org. or by mail to Daughters of the American Revolution; 1776 D Street NW; Washington, D.C. 20006.
