We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, Bill Thomas Powell of Doraville, Georgia, born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Elwood A. Powell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Brinkerhoff Powell; his children, William and Janet; his grandchildren, Deana, Heather and Keelan; his uncle Reverend W. T.; and his aunt D. J. Ligon of Brunswick, GA.. He is also survived by seven nieces, five nephews, and many close friends.
