He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Wilkinson and Opie Odelle Simmons Wilkinson; his wife Shirley Sapp Wilkinson; his brothers, Cecil Wilkinson and Johnny Wilkinson; his children, David Wilkinson and Teresa DiNapoli; and his grandson Charles DiNapoli.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Wilkinson (Patsy) and Edward Wilkinson (Naomi); his son-in-law Daniel DiNapoli; his siblings, Rufus Wilkinson and Janice Strickland (Jimmy); his grandchildren, John Rutledge, Michael Wilkinson, Amy, Lucas Wilkinson, Leah Woodell, Dustin, Montina DiNapoli and Dalton Wilkinson; and his great grandchildren, Jake, Evan Wilkinson, Clint, Camryn Woodell, Jacob Hulsey, Issac DiNapoli and Adrianna DiNapoli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
