He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Brannon and Mary Brannon; his brother Joe C. Brannon; and his brother-in-law A. C. Haire. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brannon; his foster son Lance Bullock; his siblings, Bobby Brannon of Kinsey, AL, Thomas Williams (Arthea) of Donalsonville, GA, Tony Lamar Brannon of Moultrie, GA, Mary Alice English of Providence, RI, Debra Brannon of Donalsonville and Reverand Rheunnette Haire of Donalsonville; his aunt Christina Jones of Los Angeles, CA; his brothers-in-law, DeAndre Wooten and James Wooten Jr.; and his close friend Floyd Smith of Hawaii. He is also survived by cousins, and many sorrowing friends.
