He was predeceased by: his parents, Oris Thompson and Margaret Hughes Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Thompson; his children, Tammie Nettles (Stan) of Bainbridge, Tonya Thomason (Stephen) of Thomasville, Teresa Dodson (Brian) of Bainbridge and Tim Thompson (Jessica); his siblings, Delores Dell of Moultrie, Phil, Donna Thompson of Polk City, FL and Joan Thompson of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Brent, Kendra, Devin, Britney, Justin, Christina, Amber, Chase, Cason and Loghan Brooke; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Addi, Skylan, Vada, Mia and Gus; and his pet Sambo.
