He is survived by: his wife Heather Bevis Smith of Donalsonville, GA; his grandchildren, Rian Smith of Jameson, MIT, Brantley Smith and Vevolyn Smith; his siblings, Dianne Sullivan (Don) of Colquitt, GA and Jeff Smith (Paula) of Colquitt, GA; his parents-in-law, Terry and Rennie Faye Bevis of Colquitt, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Bevis (Cindy) of Colquitt, GA and Cissy Eldridge of Colquitt, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
