She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Baxter and Vera Nell McMillan Baxter; and her brothers, Ricky and Mickey Baxter. She is survived by: her son Lucas Phillips (Misty); her grandchildren, Britney, Karrah and Charlie; her sisters, Barbara Railey (Sam) of Donalsonville, GA, Teresa Yanez (Mike) of Donalsonville, GA and Paula Lindsey (Justino Bautista) of Donalsonville, GA; her nieces and nephews, Joni, Crystal, Brandi, Kim, Andy, Caleb, Selena, R. J., Ashley and Nikki; and her close friend Fannie Watkins.
