He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Edward and Jean McIntosh; and his sisters, Linda Rollins and Lachelle Cole. He is survived by: his wife Anna Maria McIntosh; and his siblings, Allen McIntosh (Susan) and Mona Calloway (John). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
