Louise Lizzie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gardner Roscoe Foskey and Florence Chance Foskey; her siblings, Robert Lee Foskey, Hazel Foskey, William Edgar Foskey and Lee Roy Foskey; and her nephews, Ronnie Lee Foskey and Carlton Glenn Hudgins.
She is survived by: her friend Sheriff Greg Rowland; her sister-in-law Iris Mimbs Foskey; her nephew Kenneth; her great-niece Iris Christine Foskey; her nieces and nephews, Roger, Hughie, Debra and Kathryn Michelle; her aunt Thelma Mimbs; her uncles, Albert Foskey, Clifford Foskey and Grable Foskey; and also Kenneth.
