He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Eubanks and Daisy Beasley Eubanks; his wife Barbara Joan White Eubanks; and his sister Dorothy Eubanks Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Greg Eubanks (Sharlene), Ward Eubanks, Joanie Easterwood, Joanna Hatfield and Gina Alday (Eddie); and his sister Merle Alday of Eton, GA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
