She was predeceased by: her parents, Delma Johnson and Annie Ruth Wade Johnson; her husband William Issac Wade; her sister Jean Burke; her son-in-law Billy McCalvin; and her close friend Julian Mullis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Ann McCalvin of Tallahassee, FL and Brenda Ann Johnson (Randy) of Brinson, GA; her sisters, Mary Vuckouich of Phoenix City, AL and Brenda Lois Stinson of Cartersville, GA; her grandchildren, Rebecca McCalvin, Courtney McCalvin and Elizabeth Payne; her great grandchildren, Jacoby McCalvin, Ezra Squires, Xavier Squires, Regina Payne, Eli Payne and Dakota Payne; her friends, Tammy Kaye White (Mark) of Bainbridge, GA and Megan; and also, Megan Ramer (Jay) of Brazelton, GA, Chad White (Sarah) of Winterville, GA and Ava Ryleigh Ramer.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Salem Seminole Baptist Church Youth Fund.
