He is survived by: his wife Beverly Burke of Donalsonville, GA; his children, Joseph Earl Burke, Jr. of Donalsonville, GA, Jeremy Earl Burke (Maribeth) of Donalsonville, GA, Anne Marie Miller of Iron City, GA and Brenda Howell of Donalsonville, GA; his mother-in-law Bernice Yates Tufts of Bainbridge, GA; his brother Travis Burke (Caleta) of Tallahassee, FL.; and his grandchildren, Jeb Burke and Leah Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
