He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruton Franklin and Ruby White Kelley; and his daughter Deanna Kelley. He is survived by: his son Jamey Kelley (Debbie); his grandchildren, Michael Rusgrove (Emily), Jalin Swofford (Joe), Allison Kelley and Noah Kelley; his great grandchildren, Caroline Rusgrove, Asa Rusgrove and Jordyn Swofford; and his brother Max Kelley (Nell).
