She is survived by: her husband Delbert Welch of Donalsonville, GA; her children, Sheree Scott (Sam) of Prattville, AL, John Waylon Culp of Michigan and Cody Lee Mayo of Dothan, AL; her siblings, DeNese Eubank of Dothan, AL, Debra Gowan of Anniston, AL and Danny Kent of Valrico, FL; her grandchildren, Samuel Scott, Kaylee Scott and Judah Williams; and also Lisa Hoskins.
