She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Vale Chase; her children, Mark Gamble (Shawna), Anna Fleming (Steve), Shawna Yerger (Eddie) and Jeanine Trusik (Ray); her sisters, Gail Vaughn (Tim) and Cherie Smith (Windy); and her grandchildren, Ashlee Trusik, Chase Yerger, Kayla Byrne, Megan Notermann, Peggy Beers, Cassie Stayton, Skylar Gamble, Alexis Gamble and Brock Gamble. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
