She was predeceased by: her parents, Aeolus Mikell and Rogene Sanders Mikell; her stepmother Juanita Deal Howard Mikell; her husband Travis Smith; and her stepbrother William Howard.
She is survived by: her stepsister Beth Rogers (Danny). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
