It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie W. Parker of Donalsonville, Georgia, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Eddie's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Eddie's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Parker and Mable Nix Parker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Parker; his children, Matt Parker, Jason Parker and Tina Parker; his stepchildren, Greg McMillan and Sheila Bryan; and his siblings, Eric Edisol Parker and Beryldean Hastings. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hammock Springs Freewill Baptist Church (5969 Hebrew Rd, Donalsonville, GA 39845). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
