She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenward "Sonny" Eubanks and Barbara White Eubanks; and her sister Jan Hatcher. She is survived by: her husband Larry Hatfield of Donalsonville, GA; her daughter Lara Hatfield of Athens, GA; and her siblings, Joanie Easterwood of Donalsonville, GA, Gina Alday (Eddie) of Donalsonville, GA, Greg Eubanks (Sharlene) of Donalsonville, GA and Ward Eubanks of Donalsonville, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to honor Jo Jo's life, may be made to Gentiva Hospice, an organization which she dedicated her life to, 432 E. Shotwell Street, Bainbridge, GA 39819.
