He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene Atwell, Jr. and Elania Cazadella Atwell Roque; and his siblings, Joe Roque, Mario Atwell, Florentino Roque and Geneva Atwell.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Atwell of Donalsonville, GA; and his children, Kristi King (John) of Opelika, AL, Todd Atwell (Shelby) of Opelika, AL, Leah Rennie Dean (Mike) of Thomasville, GA and Perry Price (Lisa) of Donalsonville, GA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
